This document explains how Novyqra S.A.S. uses cookies and similar technologies on novyqra.com. Our goal is for you to understand which information is stored on your device, why we use it and how you can control it at any time.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They are used to remember preferences, keep sessions active, measure site usage or show relevant content. We also use equivalent technologies such as the browser's local storage (localStorage).
2. Categories we use
Necessary: allow you to browse the site and use its basic features. Analytics: help us understand which pages are visited and how to improve the experience. Advertising: allow ad systems to show more relevant content outside the site. Personalisation: remember preferences such as language or previous consents.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2, a mechanism that adjusts the behaviour of Google services (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4) according to your decision on cookies. By default, all consent signals —ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage— are set to 'denied'. Only when you accept via the banner or save specific preferences do we update those signals with gtag('consent', 'update', {...}) and push a cookie_consent_update event to the dataLayer. We also apply ads_data_redaction=true and url_passthrough=true to respect privacy when there is no consent.
4. Managing your preferences
On your first visit we display a banner with 'Accept all', 'Reject all' and 'Preferences' options. Inside 'Preferences' you can enable or disable each category granularly. Your choice is stored in the browser's local storage and applied on future visits. If you clear cookies or the site's storage, the banner appears again.
5. Third-party cookies
The Google services we use may place cookies of their own through domains such as googletagmanager.com or doubleclick.net. Their use is conditional on your consent. You can review Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
6. Changes to this policy
Any relevant change is reflected in the last-updated date and, where appropriate, in a visible communication within the site. We suggest reviewing this policy periodically.
