At Novyqra S.A.S. we understand that personal information is a sensitive asset. This document explains, concretely, which data we process, for what purpose, for how long and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, in the framework of Argentina's Law No. 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001, as well as the complementary rules issued by the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).

We collect only the data required for the declared purpose: name and surname, email address and the free-form content of the message you send us through the contact form. When you browse the site we also collect, through cookies and similar technologies, technical information such as device identifier, browser type and aggregated usage statistics.
We use your data to reply to your requests, inform you about projects that may interest you when you expressly request it, and comply with applicable legal obligations. The processing is based on your free, express and informed consent or on the legitimate interest of keeping an orderly communication.
Data linked to contact requests is kept for up to twenty-four months from the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires a different period. Once that period has elapsed the data is blocked and then securely deleted.
We do not sell or transfer your personal data. We only share it with technology providers acting as data processors —hosting, messaging, analytics— under contractual obligations of confidentiality and with adequate security measures.
Some of our providers may process information on servers located outside the Republic of Argentina. In those cases we verify that the destination provides an adequate level of protection or we adopt standard contractual clauses, in line with AAIP Provision No. 60-E/2016.
You can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition to the processing of your data by writing to hola@novyqra.com. The Access to Public Information Agency, with offices at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 3 - CABA, is the supervisory authority in charge of enforcing Law 25.326 and the recipient of any complaints.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information, including encryption in transit, access controls and periodic review of providers. No system is infallible, which is why we work with a continuous improvement approach.
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational updates. We always publish the date of the last update and, when the change is substantial, we communicate it through the site.
