novyqra.com is an institutional channel through which Novyqra S.A.S. presents its real estate crowdlending proposal in Argentina, describes the participation model and enables a contact form. The site itself is not a transactional platform or a channel for the direct contracting of financial instruments.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
